Tamagawa River Clean Up (Daishibashi)

**SCHEDULE**
Gather at Daishibashi Station: 14:00
River Clean Up: 14:30-18:00
Return to station: 18:30

**RIVER CLEAN UP**
Gather at DAISHIBASHI Station (Keikyudashi Line) outside the only ticket gate at 14:00, and then go to the Tamagawa River and pick up trash along the banks for about about 3-3.5 hours with a break in the middle.

**WHAT TO BRING**
Wear old clothing that you do not mind getting dirty, and please wear long pants. Bare legs are not recommended because they can easily get cut from objects like cut river reeds. Also, a hat is recommended, especially during the summer months, and please bring lots of liquids to drink. Bringing gloves is also recommended but we usually have some extra pairs available to loan out. Then please come with proper footwear or not sandals and so on.

**ADDITIONAL INFO:**
If you come late, it will be about a 25-min walk to our location at the river which may vary month by month. Call my cell phone 090-1847-5075 if there are any problems finding us.

**RAIN:**
In the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be cancelled. Please bring rain gear and we will take shelter (under a bridge) until any downpours let up. In the event of heavy rain/strong winds (e.g., typhoon conditions) or lightning then the event will be cancelled (and usually moved to a different day).
