Six volunteers collected 35 bags of trash at today Arakawa River clean up event near Funabori. The small group had a nice balance of 3 regulars and 3 newcomers. With great weather, we collected all the way up to the scheduled end time. We continued our efforts to clean this pod section before the river reeds grow back in May. Everyone made a great effort which resulted in a lot of trash collected for six people. Mina-san otsukaresama!
