Nine volunteers collected 28 bags of trash (23 actual bags + large items) at today’s Arakawa River clean up event near Funabori. With a cold front moving in and rain forecast for late afternoon, we were able to complete the event while finishing a little early just as the rain started. After quickly filling several bags from the Dirty Angle, once again it was a lot of smaller things scattered around, so participants had to work to fill bags amid the cold and at times drizzing weather.
