28 volunteers collected 48 bags of trash (33 actual bags plus 15 equivalent bags for the large items) at Saturday’s Arakawa Clean Up event. Bad weather kept TRF attendance down to 5 people, but 23 people (17 students and 5 parents) from Lycée Français International de Tokyo braved the weather for residual cleaning of the 4th section of pods. This meant collecting a lot of smaller items and pulling things out of the mud. Then the results were supplemented with some easier to fill bags and large items from the dirty angle.
