TRF strikes again! Eleven volunteers collected 45 bags of trash at yesterday’s Arakawa River clean up event. Utilizing a brush cutter, we started pushing through the high grass at the end of the boat races toward the intersecting road bridges to link up with the Shinkoiwa cleaning areas. This was a bit of a rough course, and everyone really made a great effort to pull embedded trash out of the grass. Upon first glance it did not look like a lot, but a lot of trash came out of this area, well above the average for an event this year. Mina-san otsukaresama desu!
