It was a big day on the Arakawa today with 11 volunteers collecting 58 bags of trash at Funabori. Again, it was great weather and a great effort by everyone to really collect a lot of trash. A couple, who organize a similar group in Spain, joined us today for a second time after joining about three years ago (wearing orange vests from their group). They also helped clean the dirty angle after the event finished which added about 14 bags to the total after the main group collected about 44 bags at the second pod section.
