Fifteen volunteers collected 70 bags of trash at today’s Arakawa River clean up event. We continued to make good progress with the grass cutting and got most of this section cleaned today. All of the hot spots are gone, so it was a lot of work by a lot of people to collect that much trash with a lot of it behing pulled piece by piece out of the mud. Anyone commuting by the Tozai Line can look out the window and notice the change of scenerey with all the grass cut. Mina-san Otsukaresma!
