Ten volunteers collected 52 bags of trash at today’s Arakawa river clean up near Funabori. Taking a break from our recent efforts at Nishi Kasai, today’s objective was to clean the Dirty Angle, which is notorious for being the dirtiest spot on the Arakawa River with trash flowing into it daily. And it was “mission accomplished.” We didn’t get all of it but we got most of it and will continue to work on this area in the future as we finish up the other pod sections. Thank you everyone for a great effort today that produced a big result!
