Eight volunteers collected 55 bags of trash at today’s Arakawa River clean up event. It was kind of two parts today with the group collecting 34 bags at our target area and then Suebayashi-san, who came late and still had some energy joined me to clean the dirty angle, which was again quite dirty, filling up with trash weekly and even daily. We were able to take 21 bags from there including some bags left by a homeless man. We did the sorting so we’ll count those 8 bags or so. The tide had come up at the Dirty Angle and my feet were already wet, so I just waded in. Then a few more bags were added to the final photo or 55 total for today. In the final photo you can see the 35 bags from the previous week or 90 bags over the 2 week-period. Mina-san otsukaresama desu!
